Design Consultation

This is for a site assessment and initial chat. I'll ask a lot of questions like: What would your ideal garden do for you? How do you currently use the space? How do you like to entertain outside? Do kids or pets live here or visit and need room to play?

Keeping it simple with a few pots out front? Don't care what it is so long as it looks smart? No problem: what type of garden catches your eye - formal and symmetrical, informal and wildlife-friendly, maybe just an attractive tree?

It's important to understand your garden goals and needs before starting the design process. During the site assessment and initial chat, I'll take pictures and ask detailed questions to get a clear vision of your ideal garden. This is crucial for creating a personalised outdoor space that meets your unique needs and preferences. We'll discuss your desired level of maintenance and style, whether you want a simple front garden or a classic kitchen garden in the back. 

I'll get back to you shortly thereafter with a proposal and costings; then I'll create a garden that not only looks great, but also works well for you and the environment.
